No worries! We ship overnight using dry ice. This means that even if your recipient is not home to accept the delivery, the package will stay frozen until they get back. Please keep in mind that it is your responsibility to provide proper shipping information, including a buzzer code if need be, and it is the recipient's responsibility to pick their package up from their concierge if need be.
