We're Hiring! Business Development Representative

truLOCAL is looking for a talented individual to help grow business through inside sales. The core day to day of this position will be to nurture existing inbound leads over the phone, to help bring them further down the sales funnel.

Who are we looking for?

Someone who can execute a plan and succeed at converting our leads over the phone. Once training is complete and goals are being consistently reached, the position will grow and we'll also be looking for the type of individual who can analyze data, spot trends and optimize our sales process. The ability to execute is our main priority, but we're also looking for someone who is eager to learn and can grown into a leadership roll.

As a Business Development Representative you can expect...

Innovation comes first which is why we try our best to foster an open environment where failing quickly is rewarded, not frowned upon. This is why training consists of a 3 week innovation cycle. Your first week will consist of training, the second week will consist of execution, and the 3rd week before setting sales goals/targets and beginning the day to day, we will give you a full 7 days to allow you to innovate however you see fit. During this week, you will have free reign and a budget to optimize the sales process and use your own ideas to help increase business development.
