What is truLOCAL?

truLOCAL started as a way for people to access high-quality, locally-sourced, delicious meat products more easily. We have become one of the leading alternatives for grocery store shopping, with the added convenience of delivery to your home, office, or gym.

How long will my products stay frozen?

Your box can stay frozen for up to 3 days in transit, depending on environmental factors. We typically recommend that your box be unpacked and the contents put into the freezer at your earliest opportunity!

Can I customize my box?

To keep things simple, our fundraiser boxes are pre-set with some of our fan favourites. If you wish to send a customized box, our truLOCAL subscriptions give you the ability to customize the contents of your box each month.

Please Note: If you are not home to receive your order, the box will be left at your door. We put enough dry ice to keep your products frozen until the end of the day, so if for whatever reason we are unable to leave the box at your door, it will be your responsibility to pick up your package from the depot.
