Located just south of Peterborough, their livestock is free to roam on beautiful open pastures and raised without antibiotics or the use of added hormones. Seasoned with salt, pepper, garlic, coriander, paprika, and mace then filled into a collagen casing, these all-beef sausages are a household staple.
COOKING TIP: You grill a sausage. Put it in a warm, buttered bun. And top it with mustard, ketchup, and relish. Don't fix what's not broken. If grilling isn't an option, pan-searing or baking them in the oven are delicious options too.
