Organic Ocean Seafood's halibut lox is made with wild-caught halibut right off the coast of British Columbia. Cured in a salty brine and thinly sliced, halibut lox is perfectly savoury and a no-brainer addition to your box. It also happens to be high in protein and low in calories.


COOKING TIP: Since lox is already cured, it doesn't require any further cooking. Add it to your breakfast bagel and cream cheese for some added protein to start the day. Or lay it on top of a seedy cracker with a drizzle of olive oil and a sprinkle of fresh dill. Need a quick appetizer idea? Lay the halibut lox on a plate, scatter some grapefruit pieces and fennel seeds, and top with olive oil!
