Sweet Paprika Spiced Pasture-Raised Wings
There's so much to love about these wings, we don't know where to start. First of all, these juicy, pasture-raised wings are already seasoned with sweet paprika goodness, which makes the time between taking them out of the freezer and putting them into your belly even shorter. Then there's the fact that the chickens are raised by Cory Van Gronigen entirely outdoors. These pasture-raised chicken never live in barns, but don't worry, they have small huts to protect them from predators. The beautiful hilltop farm in Cayuga, Ontario has been passed down through the generations since the 1970s.
COOKING TIP: Already spiced with sweet, smokey paprika, brown sugar, salt, and garlic, these wings are ready to be baked, fried, or grilled. A creamy potato salad and vinegar based coleslaw would be the perfect way to round out this meal. If you feel like going rogue, oven-fried zucchini sticks or avocado fries are the way to go.
