COOKING TIP: As mentioned, boneless skinless thighs are incredibly versatile and are fairly forgiving if they get over cooked. They can be pan fried, baked in an oven, grilled, or slow cooked in a stew. We prefer them marinated in something simple like oil, lemon juice, and some fresh herbs and then cooked on the grill. No matter how you cook them, make sure that the internal temperature reaches 165°F before serving.
