Did you know that ground turkey is leaner than other ground meats like pork, beef, and even chicken? It is! Did you know that you can use it as a substitute in any recipe calling for ground meat? You can! Our gluten-free ground turkey is from Les Fermes Valens, a collection of a few family-run farms that have been united since 2006 and all located in the beautiful western Montérégie region. We love that all of their animals are fed 100% vegetable feed and raised without antibiotics or growth hormones. 

 

COOKING TIP: You can gobble up this ground turkey in anything from tacos or chilli to burgers or pasta sauce. It can be cooked in a frying pan or shaped and cooked on the grill as burgers or in the oven as meatballs or meatloaf. Ground turkey can do anything that ground beef, pork, or chicken can do but, because it is leaner than those meats, make sure not to overcook it or it can dry out.
