Breaded Haddock

Deliciously flaky, tender, and crispy is how we describe this breaded fish. Actually, we’d say that these are the best breaded fish that we have ever tried or that we would eat these every day if we could. They are the meal that we loved since childhood but in a more grown-up version. Our friends at Afishionado have ethically and sustainably sourced haddock from Georges Bank, NS and breaded it with a delicious, lightly seasoned breadcrumb. Haddock lives in the cold waters of the North Atlantic and is high in protein, low in calories and low in mercury. We say that we eat fish for the health benefits but we eat this fish for its flavour!


COOKING TIP: Most of the messy work is done for you because this product comes fully seasoned and breaded - no more flour and egg wash that seems to get all over the kitchen! You just have to cook them in an oven preheated to 425℉ for 20-25 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 140-145℉. We like to serve them with french fries or in a bun with tartar sauce but we also enjoy these served with marinara and cheese like a haddock parmesan or cut into pieces for fish tacos.
