The experts at Caudle’s Catch have marinated and precooked this fillet so that the amazing flavour is showcased in every bite. So all that you have to do is choose how you want to serve it. When it comes to salmon, the possibilities are almost in-fin-ite.


COOKING TIP: Because this sockeye salmon is already cooked, you really only have to decide to heat it or serve it cold on top of a salad. If you choose to reheat it, we prefer to submerge the unopened package right into boiling water or remove the packaging and heat it in an oven or frying pan.
