These gluten-free beef and onion sausages from Hopcott Farms are the perfect way to mix things up without going too crazy. There's a hint of onion and mustard in these otherwise traditional beef sausages. Originally purchased in 1932, Hopcott Farms is a family-owned farm in Pitt Meadows, BC.


COOKING TIP: These beef sausages are super versatile. If you want to stick with something easy and simple, just cook them on the grill. You're looking for an internal temperature of 160°F. You can also brown them on a pan and then finish them in the oven. We'd recommend poking a few small holes in the sausage before putting them in the oven so that the juices don't explode out.
