These bug beef burgers are 8 oz each (!!!) and made from Angus beef that's been grain-finished to make for juicy, well marbled meat. Springvale Fine Foods has been raising Angus beef near Fort Rockyford, AB for over three decades. They even grow their own crops to feed their livestock.


COOKING TIP: These beef burgers are made from super simple ingredients - Angus beef and a little salt and pepper. We recommend grilling them but they can easily be cooked in an oven or on a stove top. Grill'em up and slide'em between a buttered bun or opt for a lettuce wrap with all the fixings. Or go with secret option number three: a patty melt (replacing the bun with buttered bread like a grilled cheese has). All you need is two slices of griddled bread, some caramelized onions, a slice of cheese, and a healthy appetite.
