Talk about a treat! These sundried tomato pork sausages from Hopcott Farms are great for pastas or even on top of pizza. Originally purchased in 1932, Hopcott Farms is a family-owned farm in Pitt Meadows, BC.


COOKING TIP: Add these to your next pasta dish! Start by boiling pasta until it's slightly undercooked and pan-frying the sausages to brown them all over. Then combine the sliced sausage and pasta an oven safe dish with your favourite sauce and veggies. (Did someone say vodka sauce?) Once the sausages reaches an internal temperature of 160°F, add some cheese on top and give it a quick broil.
