Niagara Food Specialties is a Canadian artisan of traditional salami made with pork raised without antibiotics or growth hormones. They are certified organic, gluten-free, and much cheaper than a trip to Italy.

truLOCAL is an incredible company. I have always eaten meat but have tried to be mindful about where it is coming from. That is very hard to do in the grocery stores without prior preparation and research. truLOCAL takes all the work away and does it for you, they research the farms to ensure all the meat is coming from a great place where the animals are treated well. I feel good about where it is coming from and what I am putting in my body. Building your box is the best part, choosing what kind of meat you'd like, with new products constantly being introduced.
