We have been with TruLocal since the company started. The product is excellent and we enjoy the reliability of having our meat delivered at regular intervals. That said, the best part of the company is the customer service which is consistently exceptional. They are responsive and always go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. This is an AMAZING service and company. We received our first order of meat/seafood to our doorstep, and we were kept up to date on when it was being delivered. It came packaged so wonderfully, in a cooler with an ice pack, everything was so well frozen and packaged. The food has all been EXCELLENT so far, so fresh and wonderful. You will never go back to buying at the grocery store again. Straight from the farm is the only way to go. We have never had a bad product and we have tried a lot of them. Love the flexibility to skip boxes and get them immediately if we run out.
