COOKING TIP: Atlantic salmon’s delicate flavour shines with simple prep. Thaw overnight or under cool running water for 30 min. Mix 1 Tbsp olive oil, 1 Tbsp lemon juice, 1 tsp minced garlic, salt, pepper, and herbs (dill, parsley, or thyme). Marinate 30 min, then bake at 205°C/400°F for 10–15 min until flaky (70°C/158°F inside). Serve with rice and seasonal veg like asparagus or spinach, topped with lemon and fresh herbs.
