Our Customer Friends, Switch Grocery
If there’s anything we love as much as our wonderful customers, it’s companies who bring amazing products to consumers, with the convenience of home delivery. We wanted to spotlight one of our wonderful customers, Neha, and her incredible company; Switch Grocery. Neha started Switch Grocery a few years ago, around the same time that we started truLOCAL – bringing Paleo-, Keto-, and Vegan-friendly foods to customers all across Canada – we were (and still are) beyond thrilled for her and for the community she’s built.
Neha has been a customer of ours since the very early days – back when we were delivering our own boxes, and you could count the number of truLOCAL employees on one hand. She’s been an unwavering source of support since the beginning, and she continues to inspire us with the reach of Switch Grocery, and the lifestyle communities she’s fostered.
Neha knows as well as we do that the healthy, responsibly sourced products many Canadians want to buy just aren’t available in many mainstream grocery stores – and if they are, they can be hard to find. Switch Grocery was born to make unique, exciting, Paleo-, Keto-, and Vegan-friendly products available from coast to coast and everywhere in between. Featuring unique products from equally unique suppliers, customers can sort by brand or by lifestyle to find the products that suit them best. Grocery shopping shouldn’t be hard, and finding the products you want shouldn’t feel impossible. Switch Grocery is on the forefront of the movement to make food shopping even easier, and lifestyle-friendly too!
Not only do we love what Switch Grocery does – we’re obviously huge fans of online delivery – we truly admire the tight-knit community of “customer friends” that Neha and Switch Grocery have fostered. This is a company that not only puts great products, from interesting suppliers, in the hands of consumers who may otherwise not have had that exposure – they’ve built a movement around it. They’ve done a wonderful job bringing the vegan/paleo/keto/low-carb community together, from all across Canada. Many of our customers here at truLOCAL, found out about us through the Switch Grocery community. For that, we are forever thankful.
