How long will my products stay frozen?
Your box can stay frozen for up to 3 days in transit, depending on environmental factors. We typically recommend that your box be unpacked and the contents put into the freezer at your earliest opportunity!
Can I customize my box?
To keep things simple, our quick pick boxes are pre-set with some of our fan favourites. If you wish to send a customized box, our truLOCAL subscriptions give you the ability to customize the contents of your box each month.
