Grass-Fed and Finished Ground Beef
Our friends at Heritage Cattle Co. raise their cattle at their family farm in Keene, ON without any antibiotics or added hormones. Their livestock spends their life on lush open pastures where they're free to roam. And don't worry, the only ingredient in this ground beef is ground beef. Just like it should be. When it's 100% grass fed, grass finished and gluten-free, you can feel good about eating ground beef throughout the week.
COOKING TIP: Homemade smashburger? Yes please! Start by forming a 4oz ball, season with salt and pepper, and cook in a hot cast iron or stainless-steel pan. After 30 seconds, smash with a spatula and cook for 3-4 minutes, flipping when edges brown. Add cheese and melt for 1-2 minutes. Grab your favorite bun of choice and load it up with your favorite toppings. Don’t forget the caramelized onions!
