

Chicken Legs (Back Off)
These chicken legs, which are raised by a co-op of Ontario farmers, are raised without antibiotics and air-chilled to ensure optimum freshness, colour and flavour. By doing this, they also have a firmer texture and juicier eating experience than conventional water-chilled chicken. Containing both the chicken thigh, and the drumstick, the legs make for a great main course any time of the year. They’re something your whole family will love!
COOKING TIP: Chicken legs can be cooked in a variety of ways, such as pan-frying, poaching, and baking. Our favourite (truLOCAL style) is lightly seasoned and thrown on the BBQ.
