Wild-Caught Salmon Lox

It's low in calories and a great source of omega-3 fatty acids. It also happens to be an easy and delicious option for breakfast, lunch, or dinner.
COOKING TIP: You're thinking it, we're going to say it. This calls for a bagel and some cream cheese. You can also add a slice of tomato and red onions if you're feeling fancy. To finish, garnish it with capers or fresh dill or a little bit of both. PS. If you're new to salmon lox, you don't need to cook it as it's been cooked in the curing process.
