Pork Back Ribs
Just in time for BBQ season, we’ve added pork back ribs to the truLOCAL line-up. Another locally raised, grain fed favourite from Townsend butchers (the supplier of our drool-worthy bacon). Typically known for being the meatiest, pork back ribs are a popular choice and the one you most often see at restaurants. Try them out in your next box, they’re sure to be a crowd favourite!
COOKING TIP: Try pre-cooking these ribs under low heat first before throwing them on the grill, it’s a great way to make the meat almost fall-off-the-bone tender.
