Turkey Cranberry Sausage
Do you ever crave a thanksgiving meal in the middle of summer? Ya, us too. These sweet and savoury gluten-free turkey cranberry sausages are made by Hopcott Farms in Pitt Meadows, BC. They're filled with lean ground turkey mixed with sage and cranberry sauce in a natural hog casing.
COOKING TIP: These are so good on the grill, but we also love to brown them in a pan and finish them in the oven. Just make sure they've reached an internal temperate of 165°F to know they're ready! Skip the stuffing and just put it in a buttered bun. It's basically like thanksgiving in every bite.
