If you're looking for a beef alternative, these honey garlic water buffalo sausages a great, healthy option. 


COOKING TIP: Don't overthink the seasonings on this one since it's already brimming with honey garlic deliciousness. You can add these to your next grilling session or bake them in the oven until they reach an internal temperature of 160°F. Keep in mind that they are leaner than beef sausages so they'll cook faster. If you overcook them, they'll end up too dry.
