COOKING TIP: Sauté these scallops in garlic butter and lemon for a simple, delicious dish. Pat dry and season scallops with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear scallops 90 seconds per side, then remove. In the same pan, sauté garlic in butter, add lemon juice, and return scallops to coat for 1–2 minutes. Serve immediately with grilled veggies and parmesan risotto. Bon Appetit!
