Turkey Sausages
Coming from Pitt Meadows, BC, Hopcott Farms makes juicy gluten-free turkey sausages that we love for those days when you're craving something leaner than beef, pork or chicken. While low in fat, these turkey sausages still pack tons of flavour including a sprinkle of sage.
COOKING TIP: These sausages are super versatile. If you want to stick with something easy and simple, just cook them on the grill. You're looking for an internal temperature of 165°F before you gobble it up (Sorry, we had to make that joke.) You can also remove the ground turkey mix from the natural hog casing and turn it into breakfast patties. Or cut the turkey sausages into bite sized pieces for a quick Italian wedding soup with some orzo and spinach.
