These moist boneless, skinless turkey breasts come from Winter’s Turkey, a family-run farm in Dalemead, Alberta, known for humanely raising their birds with care and commitment to quality. This lean and versatile protein is perfect for enjoying any day of the year and can easily replace chicken breasts in most recipes. Since a whole turkey breast is about twice the size of a chicken breast, we’ve sliced them in half to make cooking even easier. COOKING TIP: For juicy, tender turkey breasts, try searing them in a hot pan with a little oil until golden brown on both sides, then finish cooking them in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 20 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). Let them rest a few minutes before slicing to lock in the juices.
