Salmon Burgers

Each salmon patty from Effing Seafoods is made with wild sockeye salmon and mixed with breadcrumbs, egg, scallions, red inions, parsley, dill, lemon, Dijon mustard, and a little salt and pepper. COOKING TIP: Everything is ready to go so all you need to do is sear them on high heat for about 5 minutes on each side and they're ready to eat! They're great in a bun with some mayonnaise and lettuce, or you can skip the carbs and enjoy it with a salad. You could also cover the salmon patties with an egg wash and breadcrumbs (or panko crumbs!) for some crunch.
