COOKING TIP: As we mentioned ground beef is incredibly versatile. From meatballs to Bolognese the options are endless. Looking to mix things up? Make a "smashburger" at home. Form a 4-ounce ball of ground meat, season it all over with salt and black pepper, then place it on a super hot cast iron or stainless-steel pan. After 30 seconds smash them down as much as you can with a spatula. Cook them for 3-4 minutes and flip when edges start to brown and place a slice of your favorite cheese on top of each patty. Once the cheese is melted (1-2 minutes). Grab your bun of choice and load up with your favorite toppings. Don’t forget the caramelized onions!
