Pasture-Raised Chicken Breast Strips
Cory Van Groningen raises his chickens on a lush hilltop farm in Cayuga, ON that's been in his family since the 1970s. Their chickens spend their lives entirely outdoors on cattle pastures, which promotes healthier land as part of multi-livestock sustainable farming practices. Don't worry, they have small huts to protect them from predators. These chicken strips are cut from all-white breast meat and are non-breaded.
COOKING TIP: They're great baked or sautéed with some lemon juice, garlic, soy sauce, and pepper. Or you can cut them up and toss them in a stir fry with some onions, carrots, broccoli, and bell peppers. Pro tip: Leftover stir fry means chicken fajitas the next day.
