Cod Cakes
Cod cakes are the perfect appetizer - they’re light and crunchy, crispy and delicious. Our cod cakes are made from cod, potato, red pepper, and spinach! They have meaty chunks of wild-caught Pacific cod harvested from the West Coast, not minced fish, and are hand-breaded. They taste fresh and light and are always a crowd-pleaser.
COOKING TIP: Cod cakes are similar to crab cakes - except made with cod, instead of crab! They can be cooked in a number of ways but are best cooked in a deep fryer, frying pan, air fryer, or oven. They’re great for sharing and the perfect choice for an appetizer platter but we also love them as a tasty alternative to mini burgers.
