Apple Pie
It’s no wonder why apple pie is the most popular pie in North America. It is sweet, tart, warm, and comforting. Nothing concludes a family meal the way that apple pie can. Our apple pie’s made by our friends at Mile One Eating House in Pemberton, BC. They use granny smith apples to ensure the perfect balance of textures - tart, crisp apples; delicate, buttery crust; deliciously thick sauce. This 5” pie is the classic apple pie that you remember, and is a great example of why apple pie is such a popular pie.
COOKING TIP: There really isn’t much to do with these pies because they are cook from frozen so you don’t need any baking skills (although willpower might come in handy when your kitchen smells amazing but the pie is to hot to eat). To heat this pie, preheat the oven to 350℉, remove the pie from the packaging, place it on a baking sheet, and bake for 70 mins or until the internal temp is 167 ℉ and the crust is golden brown. Remember that the internal temperature is 167 ℉ when it comes out of the oven so, even though your mouth may be waiting, you should let it cool before eating it.
