SERVING TIP: No cooking is required this cold-smoked salmon is fully prepared and best enjoyed straight from the package. Simply thaw it overnight in the refrigerator or for a few hours at room temperature. Once opened, be sure to enjoy it within 7 days for the best quality. For a classic favourite, layer the salmon on a fresh sesame seed bagel with cream cheese, thinly sliced red onion, and capers.
