The Butcher Shoppe restaurant-style turkey burgers are carefully hand-made with simple ingredients. Containing only turkey breast and spices they are free of fillers, additives, preservatives and allergens. The turkeys are raised in Ontario on a vegetable diet of non-GMO grains that are free of pesticides and herbicides. The turkeys are grown in shelters that provide natural light, lots of ventilation and plenty of room to roam around and spread their wings. The birds are given twice the room and space to grow as compared to conventional flocks, they are never caged, crated or forcibly confined. There is absolutely no use of antibiotics or hormones. These burgers are an excellent source of protein, each 170g (6oz) burger packs a whopping 40 g of protein. They are low in saturated fat and free of trans fat. Naturally free of sugar and carbohydrates, this product is suitable for low carb diets like keto and paleo.
COOKING TIP: Toss these turkey burgers on the grill or in the oven just like you would a traditional beef burger. You're looking for an internal temperature of 74°F(165°F) to ensure they're done. Buffalo hot sauce is a good way to add some heat to your burger or perhaps some salsa or guacamole. Onions, lettuce and tomatoes also sound good. Maybe some pickles. We're getting carried away, but you get the point.
