COOKING TIP: Wagyu steaks are pretty great no matter how you cook them - in a skillet, an oven, or cooked sous vide to perfection and then kissed on a skillet. Heck, they are even great in an air fryer (but only if you know what you're doing)! If you prefer your steaks grilled on the BBQ, we would suggest using a skillet on the BBQ because of the flare ups caused by the luxurious fat content. For us, nothing beats steaks seared on a hot pan as an easy way to make a nice textured crust. To do this, set a pan on high and sear the steak for 3-4 minutes on each side after seasoning it with a nice salt and freshly ground pepper. Welcome to steak heaven.
