COOKING TIP: Fire up that grill and grab the sauerkraut! Smokies are extremely versatile and can be prepared in numerous ways. We prefer the open flame of a grill in this case. Start by preheating you grill on medium high for 5 minutes. Once heated turn down to medium heat. Place the smokies on the grill and rotate every few minutes until desired char is achieved. We like to take our time and crisp up the skin! Remove from grill top with your favorite condiments and sides.
