Bison Blueberry Sausage

COOKING TIP: Even if you are not familiar with cooking bison it is straightforward. Place frozen sausages in saucepan and cover them with cold water. Heat on medium -high until the sausages start to simmer. Once simmering remove sausages and transfer to a frying pan preheated to medium heat. Brown them on all sides until they are cooked to an internal temperature of 165F. Let rest for a couple of minutes prior to serving. Pair with delicious farm fresh eggs and pancakes!
