This ultimate umami treat is our original jerky flavour that satiated hangry snackers for years. It's the right blend of sweetness and spices, making this an absolute fan favorite. As butchers, we’re passionate about great quality meat. While jerky isn’t exactly classical charcuterie, we still prefer a traditional approach. We’ll never overly-process our food and we’ll only use 100% grass-fed AND finished Canadian beef — preferring to let the natural flavours of the beef and enhancing spices speak for themselves.
