Italian Sausage a la Vodka Lasagna
Can you have too much of a good thing? We don’t think so. That’s why we are adding to the Pretto’s Pasta line with their Italian Sausage a la Vodka Lasagna. A sinful indulgence? We think not. This beautifully constructed lasagna is made with pasta, tomatoes, mushrooms, onions, Italian sausage, spinach, garlic pulled together with a rich vodka sauce made with 35% heavy cream. Rose and Fred Pretto have been crafting their traditional family recipes in Canada since 1966. Using only the highest quality local ingredients, paper thin pasta with natural ingredients with no additives or preservatives.
COOKING TIP: No need to thaw this lasagna before cooking, but if you want to speed up the cooking time, try thawing it overnight in the fridge. Please be mindful that the cooking time will change if you thaw the product. If cooked from frozen the step-by-step instructions are on the package. Otherwise, the only thing missing is a side Caesar salad and some garlic bread. Don’t forget to top with freshly grated parmesan cheese.
