Contest Timeline

  • Contest End: February 15th, 2026 at 11:00 PM PST
  • Winner Selection: The winner will be selected by random draw which will take place on or around February 4th, 2026. The winner will be notified by email shortly following the draw, and we will announce that we have selected a winner on this page

Eligibility

Eligible entrants meet the following criteria:

  • Are 19 years of age or older
  • Are a resident of Canada (excluding Quebec)
  • Are not an employee of truLOCAL, its affiliates, or their family members
  • Are not affiliated with truLOCAL in any professional or business capacity
  • Residents of Quebec are not eligible to participate in this contest

  • No purchase necessary to enter or win
  • A purchase does not increase the chances of winning
  • Winner will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries
  • Prize consists of 12 truLOCAL Starter Boxes, one per month for 12 consecutive months
  • In the event that we are unable to ship the prize to the winner, the winner will instead be awarded a truLOCAL gift card valued at $1,740
  • Prizes are non-transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash (however, gift card can be used to purchase gifts for others)
  • Winner must correctly answer the skill-testing question to claim their prize
  • By entering, participants consent to the collection and use of their personal information in accordance with our privacy policy and applicable Ontario/Canadian contest regulations
  • truLOCAL reserves the right to verify eligibility and compliance with these terms

When will the winner be announced?

The winner will be selected shortly after the contest closes on January 31st, 2026 and will be contacted directly via email. We will publicly announce that a winner has been chosen, but will keep the winner's identity private if they prefer.

Can I transfer my prize to someone else?

Prizes are non-transferrable. However, if you are awarded the gift card alternative, you can use it to purchase gifts for others.
