Can we send gifts to multiple addresses?
Of course! We make it convenient to ship all across Canada to as many people as you have on your list. Please note that because we specialize in locally sourced products, we cannot guarantee the same products or pricing in every region.
How fast can you ship?
We can ship out your gifts as soon as the next business day or on a specific date of your choosing.
Is there a minimum order?
No, there is no minimum order. You can ship one box or ten thousand boxes (actually, we would do more than that if you ask us to). The larger the order, the more lead time we may need for processing however so let us know as early as possible!
Can I customize the box contents?
Of course! We have pre-built boxes for those who want a quick gift solution but if you have ideas about what you want in the boxes, we are happy to work with you to make it happen, especially if dietary restrictions are a concern. If you don’t know what your recipient would want in their box, you could send them a gift card and let them decide what goes in their box.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes. We offer gift cards for any amount and they are a great option if you don’t know what your recipient can or cannot eat. When you give a gift card, the recipient chooses the contents and destination of the box and uses the gift card to pay for it.
