We have been with TruLocal since the company started. The product is excellent and we enjoy the reliability of having our meat delivered at regular intervals. That said, the best part of the company is the customer service which is consistently exceptional. They are responsive and always go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. You will never go back to buying at the grocery store again. Straight from the farm is the only way to go. We have never had a bad product and we have tried a lot of them. Love the flexibility to skip boxes and get them immediately if we run out.

That is very hard to do in the grocery stores without prior preparation and research. truLOCAL takes all the work away and does it for you, they research the farms to ensure all the meat is coming from a great place where the animals are treated well. I feel good about where it is coming from and what I am putting in my body. Building your box is the best part, choosing what kind of meat you'd like, with new products constantly being introduced.
