Hopcott Farms brings you these classic mild Italian sausages. If you love traditional pork Italian sausages that are packed with flavour but easy on the spice, these are for you! Originally purchased in 1932, Hopcott Farms is a family-owned farm in Pitt Meadows, BC.
COOKING TIP: The grill is the way to go for these mild Italian sausages. You'll know they're done when they reach an internal temperature of 160°F. Slide them into a buttered bun with some ketchup, mustard, and relish and you've got yourself the perfect summer day. No grill, no problem. Brown the sausages in a pan. Then finish them in the oven and serve them with sautéed onions and peppers.
