These gluten-free, nut-free chicken pesto sausages from Hopcott Farms are a little bit cheesy, a little bit garlicky, a little bit herby, and a whole lot of yummy. Originally purchased in 1932, Hopcott Farms is a family-owned farm in Pitt Meadows, BC.
COOKING TIP: While you could grill these sausages on a hot summer day, our favourite way to enjoy them is in a baked pesto pasta with some shrimp and spinach. The best part? You only need one skillet for this dish! Just make sure the sausage reaches an internal temperature of 165°F before digging in.
