Wild Caught Icelandic Cod
We love supporting sustainable fishing, which is why this Icelandic cod is caught by hook and line. Using this method not only causes less stress on the fish, which increases the quality, it also eliminates by-catch, which largely contributes to over fishing. Always supporting local, this cod is flown in fresh and then packaged and frozen in Kitchener, Ontario.
COOKING TIP: Cod is a very lean and flaky fish, so be sure to use high heat and cook with lots of moisture; curries, soups and stews are great options to add moisture and flavour!
