What does 100% Grass-fed mean? While the majority of cattle spend most of their lives in a pasture eating grass before being sent to a feedlot for grain-finishing, 100% grass-fed beef cattle remain on a pasture eating grass and hay. This results in the unique taste and texture of 100% grass-fed, grass-finished beef.
COOKING TIP: The grill is the way to go for these Italian beef sausages. You'll know they're done when they reach an internal temperature of 160°F. Slide them into a buttered bun with some ketchup, mustard, and relish and you've got yourself the perfect summer day. No grill, no problem. Brown the sausages in a pan and then finish them in the oven.
