Skirt Steak

Cut from just under the rib section of a steer, or more specifically the diaphragm, the skirt steak is prized for its flavour. This skirt steak is raised without any antibiotics and is ready to be added to your box!


COOKING TIP: One word. Chimichurri. Okay fine, a few more words. Ideally, you'll want to season both sides with some salt, pepper, and olive oil then cook your skirt steak on the BBQ for just a few minutes on each side. Let it rest and then make sure you cut it against the grain otherwise it'll be hard to chew. Serve with chimichurri!
