Hot Smoked Salmon Pepperoni Sticks

These spicy pepperoni sticks from our friends at Finest at Sea will have you wondering why people fuss about beef and pork pepperoni so much. These have all the spicy pepperoni punch you love with the flavour and health benefits of salmon. Salmon is a great source of Omega-3 fatty acids, which reduce risk of heart disease, fights arthritis pain, and is good for baby development. Your body can’t make Omega-3s, so why not get them from a flavourful snack that you can take anywhere. These l'il gems are made from a blend of three salmons: coho, sockeye, & chinook, a mix of spices, and then smoked for 8 full hours. 


COOKING TIP: These are smoked and cured already so they can be eaten as soon as they thaw. They are great to add a kick of spice by slicing and adding to anything from pizza to sautéed green beans. Once thawed, they will keep for up to 5 days in the refrigerator.


NOTE: Be aware that these do have some spiciness to them. We think that they are about a medium to spicy level but everyone is different when it comes to spice tolerance. If you do not like spicy food at all, consider the Candied Pink Salmon Nuggets instead.
