There might be no better reason for getting out of bed in the morning than these delicious breakfast sausages from our friends at Ferme Valens in Huntingdon, Quebec. Made from only fresh ground pork, brown sugar, sea salt, and pepper, these breakfast sausages are nitrate-free, gluten-free, lactose-free, nitrate-free, and non-GMO. So much flavour but without all the other stuff that you don’t want. These little beauties will definitely have you excited to get up in the morning - but you can eat them any time of day!

 

COOKING TIP: Breakfast sausages can be cooked by baking them in an oven or grilling them on a barbecue but they are fantastic when cooking in a frying pan. Once thawed, place them in a non-stick pan on medium-low and cook for 12-16 minutes or until cooked through and browned. We like to serve them beside pancakes so that they get a bit of maple syrup on them but they are also great beside eggs, diced into an omelette, or added to your next charcuterie board between some fancy cheese and fruit.
