Feta and Leek Chicken Sausages

Our leek and feta sausages are made locally in Simcoe, Ontario by our good friends at VG Meats. They are a second-generation, family-owned farm that raises their animals without antibiotics.
COOKING TIPS: There are so many great ways to cook and use sausages but our favourites include either grilling, baking, or frying. Sausages can be served on a bun, sliced into dippable rounds, or taken out of their casings to add to dishes like omelettes and pizzas or made into patties. We prefer these sausages thawed then grilled until the internal temperature is 165℉ and served on a bun. No need for toppings when the sausage tastes this good on their own. Forget the trip to Greece, get these instead.
